Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti is set in the centre of Africa’s best-known wildlife sanctuary – the Serengeti National Park. Located in the heart of Tanzania’s famed Northern Circuit, considered by many to be the best wildlife area in Africa, the Serengeti is one of this beautiful country’s famous natural wonders that range from Mount Kilimanjaro to the uniquely awe-inspiring Ngorongoro Crater and the historical and magical Zanzibar archipelago.

The Lodge has a total of seventy-seven guest rooms. Twelve of these are suites with plunge pools while five free-standing villas offer private infinity pools. Each room has an elevated open-air sundeck providing direct views over the Serengeti giving guests a private and intimate connection with the nearby wildlife and inspirational landscape. Guests who are troubled by qualms about safety and comfort, especially older travellers and families with children should be happy to know that there are plenty of Maasai watchmen on hand to escort guests during their stay.

Adjoining the Lodge are two natural watering holes that are home to local wildlife. From the calmness and comfort of the infinity swimming pool, guests can gaze out over the main watering hole that is regularly visited by a herd of around thirty elephants that seem to remain blissfully undisturbed by their relaxed and appreciative audience.

Guests have easy access to other key facilities including the Discovery Centre, that features a museum quality exhibition space and lecture hall to enhance interpretation of this stunning wilderness, its wildlife, people and culture. A well-equipped fitness centre and a games room including a full-sized billiards table offer fitness and entertainment.

A luxurious retreat within an unspoiled wilderness, the Lodge is particularly well-suited for first-time safari travellers, extended families and groups. For more information visit our website: http://www.fourseasons.com/serengeti/
