Yoga featureWith another year drawing to a close, what could be a better way to prepare for 2017 than partaking in restorative sunrise yoga sessions and signature rejuvenating spa treatments during a safari escape at Four Seasons?

Scheduled as a daily class, the sunrise yoga 60 minute sessions at the Spa allow guests to welcome each morning in natural connection with the surrounding savannah. For further time dedicated to wellness, guests may book the Sunset Kopje Nature Walk and Meditation, where our Maasai will guide you along a short, uphill, nature trail to the top of our sunset kopje, where you will take in panoramic views of the sun setting over the Serengeti plains. Pause for a few moments to keep a mental souvenir of this experience, with a guided meditation from our yogi.

On the  Spa menu, the signature Kifaa massage allows tired muscles to be eased by massage from a heated rungu stick (a local wooden tool), which works deep into the tissue to soothe  and restore.
